The plan of care will include a combination of yoga postures, breath practices, mindfulness, meditation, mudra, and more! Each plan is adapted based on the client’s interests, needs, and goals to support whole person health and well-being.

How does yoga therapy work?

Yoga therapy is a partnership between the therapist and the client. Each partnership begins with an in-depth assessment process that includes conversations, observations, evaluations, personal reflections, and inquiry of the client’s mind, body, energy, and spirit.

Who does yoga therapy?

Clients seek out yoga therapy for many different reasons, including stress management, chronic pain, fatigue, strength building, improved mobility, mood and emotion regulation, and managing chronic illness. No prior yoga experience is required.
